Beardale
Miniatureland is situated on 15 acres and the attraction
covers approximately 4 acres in a park-like setting on
the Perry River. The river's glacial waters come down
from the mountains to the north and flow into the Eagle
River, which travels west towards Shuswap Lake. Late
summer brings schools of spawning Kokanee and Sockeye
salmon.
If you're lucky you
might spot another creature or two on your walk. Our
list of visitors (and residents) include deer, moose,
herons, bald eagles, ospreys, garter snakes, and
lizards, among others.
