Stay With Us

Our lakeside hotel features 200 non-smoking guest rooms, including spacious family suites, loft rooms, and themed specialty suites. Each room offers a private balcony or patio with views of the Bell Gardens or Three Valley Lake.

Guests can enjoy a range of on-site amenities, including a family dining room, cafeteria, souvenir and gift shop, heated indoor pool and hot tub , and access to a sandy beach and lakeside gardens.

Additional features include free parking, elevators, a guest laundromat, and 24-hour front desk. Pet-friendly rooms are also available.

The Cafeteria

Open daily from 7AM to 2PM (now open for the 2025 season), the cafeteria is perfect for a casual meal or snack. Choose from homemade soups, chili, sandwiches, hot dogs, muffins, cookies, cereals, toast, and a variety of hot and cold beverages.

The Monashee Dining Room

Offering full-service dining with panoramic views of Three Valley Lake, the Monashee Dining Room serves a casual menu for the whole family, including a children’s menu.

Step Back in Time

Relive the wild days of the Pioneer West and step into the colourful world of 1800s British Columbia, where gold fever, grit, and frontier spirit shaped the land. At the Three Valley Gap Heritage Ghost Town, every building tells a story; from the swinging doors of the saloon to the sheriff’s office and jail, the old-time barbershop, tobacco shop, one-room schoolhouse, and more.

Wander through 30 authentic heritage buildings, all carefully restored to recreate the atmosphere of a true pioneer town. Don’t miss the Antique Auto Museum, the Monashee Mining Co., or our fully preserved Railway Roundhouse, featuring original locomotives, railcars, and a working turntable.

This place is by no means a modern hotel and it shows its age in some places for sure but it has character and a rustic charm. My 5 year old niece and 70 year old mother loved it. We even spotted mountain goats on the hills above the hotel.

3Valley Gap is located right off the Trans Canada Hwy West of Revelstoke BC.
Many years driving past here in my transport but no room to stop a big truck. So this vacation was a trip through BC. And if course a stop at 3 Valley Gap, Finally. What an amazing place wish I had done more research and actually stayed the night there. It's definitely a hidden gem.

Honestly it looked like something out of a fairytale book! Stunning views, beautiful grounds, and a wonderful bit of history! Staff were for the most part wonderful and super accommodating! The only complaint from us was that it was hot, but it is an old building so air conditioning isn't a thing. They did supply an oscillating fan which helped, but it's not like they could control the sunset weather. All in all a wonderful experience and we look forward to staying with them again!

I will get this place at 10/10. Couple weeks ago my car broke down here and I had my cats with me. Each member of the staff was so helpful, kind, caring. It was one of those experiences were just restored your faith in humanity. I've stayed here twice. I plan on bringing more of my loved ones here over the years. Awesome place for families. Or if you're looking for a cute little getaway weather be a friendship or a couple trip.

Highlight of our trip. The staff were amazing, it’s so unique, one of the cleanest hotels we stayed in. So much to do, the ghost town is also a must see! We had an absolute blast. We stayed with two young children and had a great sleep.

This chateau is an absolute gem. Loved the 60s design, kitschy common rooms, balcony view of the garden and lake as well as the adjacent ghost town. Our room was comfy and we had good air flow with the patio door open with the screen up. I don't think I would recommend the hotel restaurant as far as service and the quality of the food, but the staff were trying their best and were all friendly. Even if the food wasn't great and service really long (we didn't get water until 40 minutes into seating) I still tipped well and didn't let it impact the otherwise wonderful stay. I will definitely come back and would love to take my kids here in the future.
